The first step is to complete the New Client Questionnaire. This allows us to prepare for our 15-minute call, maximizing our knowledge in order to serve you best.

2. Let's Discuss
During our initial conversation, we will discuss your concerns to see how our company can assist you with your business solution needs. This conversation is free of charge. A general overview of your bookkeeping and business solutions will be provided.

3. Consultation
We will meet for a consultation. The consultation is an informative educational session tailored to your specific business solution needs. The initial consultation will be conducted in a Zoom video conference. You are charged the consultation rate.

4. Hiring Us
Skillia Business Solutions officially begins to work with you. The client relationship is formed when we sign an agreement and the financial terms of the agreement are met. This can occur during our initial consultation if you are prepared to proceed, or another day if you need more time.
